Question PC Gets stuck on bios splash screen

So my PC is getting stuck on the bios splash screen, I can't seem to do anything while its stuck (can't access bios settings). But if I restart my PC then it will either work or sometimes it will give me a blue screen error.
This didn't start happening until I changed my RAM speed to the advertised speeds

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Super
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650w 80+ Gold

M.2 NVME (Windows installed on it): Samsung 970 Evo 500gb
