[SOLVED] PC gets stuck on motherboard screen

I have this issue that when i boot the PC it doesn't go past te motherboard screen, I have to turn off the power supply for about 30 seconds and when i turn it back on the PC starts normally. I have to do this every time, recently after turning on the power supply and turning on the pc it immediately shut down, then turned itself on, turned off again and turned on to a bios screen as if there was no OS, then i had to go to the bios which had reset and i had to choose my ssd as the first boot option, It happened twice this week and im starting to worry that something will break eventually. HDD checking software says its in excellent condition.

i'd like to add that performance options show at the startup, also a moment ago the pc suddenly froze and screen went black, then the taskbar appeared and when i opened something the window was like smudging when i moved it
