Have yet to find a fix. I have Optimum Online 300 (300Mbps download) and seem to just get half of that on my desktop wired.

Setup is Optimum provided Modem (Arris TM1602A) -> Optimum provided "Smart" Router (D-Link DIR-868L) -> Gigabit Ethernet network switch ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000N99BBC ) -> Desktop (ASUS ROG Strix x470-F Gaming motherboard)

Everything is connected with Cat5e.

Speeds tested using the exact same cat5e without changing port on network switch:
Plugged into desktop https://www.speedtest.net/result/9662946582
Plugged into laptop (wifi disabled) https://www.speedtest.net/result/9663042062

I'm pretty sure I am on the latest LAN drivers View: https://i.imgur.com/sKAVYAf.png

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

SOLUTION: Formatted PC and installed windows again.
