Question Pc gives no signal after downloading media creation tool

hi I recently downloaded a custom os called atlas os for gaming because it reduces cpu and ram usage so it helps with gaming. After this I noticed my pc was randomly using 100cpu usage I ran malware bytes but I had no virus on my computer according to it so I thought let me reset my pc like fresh when I tried too it wouldn’t let me for some reason so I downloaded media creation tool and that seemed to run fine but 20 mins later it all of a sudden my pc wouldn’t send any signal to any monitor I’ve tried multiple monitors changed ram changed gpu and took out cmos battery still nothing worked so I thought let me try go to bios and see if I could download windows on a usb to download windows on it but when I attempted too it said usb current status over detected so I can’t even get into the bios I have to unplug everything for the pc to start then plug everything in so I’m seriously stuck and I need help asap as I need my pc for work and I haven’t got the money to ball out on a new pc

Try resetting the motherboard BIOS manually. Then simply reinstall Windows. A full clean install. None of the Atlas junk.

And it also does many many other stupid things, that absolutely should not be done.

Full wipe and reinstall of a Windows install. See link above.

unplug the hdd when you reinstall the os

How can I do that if I can’t even go to my bios I can’t start my computer with a usb

I can’t download a fresh install because I can’t go into bios and I can’t see my screen and whenever I start my computer with my keyboard plugged in it says usb current over status detected so I have to unplug everything so I can’t press esc to get into bios

To manually reset:

Power system down
Remove all power connections (power cable, display, powered speakers, etc.
Remove the motherboard battery
Press the power button to discharge any residual power in your components (yep, I'm serious)
Wait a minute or two
Reverse the steps..battery..connections.
Power on.

The motherboard manual will also tell you a way to do with a jumper.

I’ve already took the cmos out and done all that I’m just going to take it to a repair shop thanks anyway
