Question PC giving monitor no signal, fans on, keyboard and mouse not turning on

Hi Guys, My friends PC is giving no signal to the monitor, the keyboard and mouse are not turning on
What can I do?
RAM has been checked and is not the issue I'm pretty sure

Specs-
Ryzen 3600
MSI B450 Mortar Max
RTX 2060
16gb Corsair Vengeance RAM
WD Blue SN550 500GB m.2 Nvme

Hey,

had the same problem, for me it was faulty monitor, try to plug the pc into TV or other monitor to see if this behaviour is the same as it was for me. And let know.
And we will move from there.
