Question PC goes into power saving mode randomly...

My PC (windows 10) started to go into power saving mode at times recently. The only way to 'fix' it is to hold power button down and reboot. I have had some warnings for the 3v rail being low. It is usually around 2.9-2.93v. Could this be the issue?

Anything else to look at?

Some more info... It's pretty random. Not happen at certain times or while using a specific program. I haven't changed any configs in the BIOS. I am not overclocking atm. I have power savings mode disabled.

Figured it out... My H80i radiator was over 60% plugged with crud. Cleaned up and no shut downs.
