PC goes off after launching any game

I recently upgraded my GPU(asus hd7770) and PSU(corsair vs450). Now my PC goes off after launching any game. Please help

I would say your gpu is not receiving enough power. Did you connected external power cable from you psu to card?

yes I did... and I saw that it would be enough for that card in tom's hardware itself... ??

thnx for the replies 1st..tried both.. but after downloading beta, should I launch the game only from beta?? or even from desktop?? hope u get wat im saying..

You uninstall regular driver or beta and then install beta or regular. Lunching game has nothing with that.

Can you borrow some good PSU from friend and test??

I downloaded both catalyst software suite and beta driver from this site.. I should be having both.. Right??

And I got only 2GB of RAM.. Can that also be a reason for the problem??
