Question PC goes off on 2-3 seconds and on again

Hello, I bought an i5 4690k, and I put it on my personal rig but now my pc turns on for 2-3 seconds and go off and on again repeating the same thing, but when I put my old cpu in the pc works fine, can I get help.

Gigabyte GA-H81M-D2V
16gb ram
240 ssd
600w psu
Gtx 1060

The old cpu is a pentium g3220, and the psu is a 1life ps:jet 600w

The motherboard might not be able to handle it.
You also might want to get a better quality power supply.

I will try to use another power supply, but i looked if the motherboard handle the i5 and it says that it handles it

Check for a newer BIOS for the motherboard before swapping CPUs. I am guessing this CPU is used, did you see it running in a system before getting it?
