Hey ever since I upgraded my RAM from 16GB to 32GB, my pc when I turn it on it goes on, off, on, off and then stays on. Anyone know what's causing this?

Solution
What motherboard model you have? RAM module type and model (both modules)? DDR3, DDR4?

Do your motherboard support 32 MB RAM at all? If no then you are out of luck.

If yes, take new RAM module out. Let old module in socket where it worked before. Do your motherboard works now? If does not work, do CMOS reset. If nothing is physically broken, it should start to function normally.

Works? Good. Now replace old RAM module with new one. Left other RAM socket empty. Do your motherboard works now? If not, do CMOS reset. Do your motherboard works? If not, then module is not compatible with motherboard or faulty. Get another RAM module instead.
Should happen once after RAM upgrade. If it continues then reset BIOS settings by taking out battery/connecting reset CMOS pins on motherboard. If still happen, reseat or swap RAM modules.

By the way are RAM modules are in correct motherboard sockets?
