Question Pc goes to 10 fps

I get 10 fps after i restart my pc i get 200fps and after long time gaming i get back to 10fps why is this happening

What are your system specs?

Did you install anything recently?

Is it in one game, or all games?

Have you checked if your games are utilizing the dedicated GPU or integrated GPU?

Have you tried rolling your graphics drivers back?
