Question Pc goes to bios first then Windows

So when I start my pc, it doesnt go directly to the bios but the asus rog logo shows up and then it waits, and then Windows launches. I was wondering if there is any way for it to just boot Windows at once and stop using so long?

I dont know exactly what you mean with windows fresh
install but I have windows 10 64bit not activated
