PC good enough?

Hey guys so I'm thinking about building a PC with the following parts and I'd like to have your opinions on it.

i5-8400
GTX 1060 6GB
16 GB Ram
MSI H310M PRO-D mATX

Would that PC be good enough to play most games on 60 FPS max settings and possibly even stream on it?
