PC got a malware after shady install

hello i have tried to remove the malwares and most of it worked but i have to scan everyday to remove the malware again is there anything i can do to really remove everything clean reboot well yeah but i done that like a month ago had to upgrade my cpu and windows 10 <removed>up so if theres nothing else i can do ill do a clean install

Run your scans while in safe mode and remove all identified threats. What antivirus and anti-malware apps are you using? Are they updated?

well im running anti malware bytes and i got rid of most of them i just have this one thing its called aspnet.exe and it takes up about 70 procent of my cpu i looked at the location its in my net framework and every hour or so its just like takes up everything have to go task manager and close it i shall try that safe mode
