PC got extremely slow after installing GPU.

I bought a GTX 750 ti single fan from Aliexpress after installing it to my pc, the pc got extremely slow. I installed GPU drivers & restarted PC. It took around 10 mins to boot than I uninstalled the GPU from the pc. after removing GPU the pc was still slow like before while GPU installed, then I removed my Hard disk & reboot the pc (OS is installed on SSD) but this time it worked fine like it was before no hanging nothing else, then I Installed the HDD & GPU again but this time everything worked fine but when I checked the health & performance status the HDD performance dropped to 94% (Check the screenshot below) I am using Hard Disk Sentinel to check status, also pc became a little bit slower as compared to it was before installing GPU for the first time.

Core i5 2300 @2.80GHz
Asus P8H61-MX R2.0
2x4GB DDR3 RAM
Kingston 120 GB SSD
500 GB Seagate 7200 RPM HDD
300watt PSU

it states problems between the host controller and the hdd. The drive manufacturer should have testing software so you can determine if your drive is healthy. It looks ok with what you are using as long as temps are good and SMART says it's ok, but more extensive tests may need to be done to fully rule it out.

Use SeaTools software from Seagate and do the long test to see if your drive might be having issues
