Hello all,

I'm sure these questions get asked all the time. Last night I installed a beta for a game. I went to open up Steam to message a friend and it wouldn't open. I decided to end task as some times Steam is just difficult. Well it wouldn't work so I figured I'll just give it a reboot.

Upon reboot it's now sitting at my mobo logos post screen for roughly 5-10 minutes. My PC is good and typically boots fully in less than 40 seconds so this was strange. It goes past the boot screen eventually to another motherboard logo screen where it had a spinning icon and then eventually will load into Windows if it doesn't blue screen another 10 minutes later. I have to assume this is screen it typically zips right by when it's working.

I reinstalled windows and it's still happening so I'm assuming it's something hardware related?? It was just a system reset install so I have not formatted it fully or anything. Any idea what could have gone wrong here? Everything was fine yesterday until I rebooted because steam wouldn't open lol. I seemingly can get to windows if I leave it there for like twenty minutes so if checking logs will help I can likely get at them.
I forgot to add when asking it to restart it seems to just spin on restarting till I'm forced to shut it down.
