Pc hanging Please help!

So few days ago I reinstalled my windows because my pc was being very slow after the reinstall whenever I play games my display just hangs it just freezes not even the mouse move but my cpu and gpu fan keep running then I have to force shutdown . Which part of my pc is faulty my Cpu or Gpu please help!

I'm assuming your GPU because it freezes during games.
Update your GPU driver. Run Windows Update.

I assume is that your hard drive is clogged with bad sectors.

I suggest to disk defrag your hard drives and error checking.

Also, make sure your PSU is good. A bad PSU will cause a lot of problems like that.
If you have a cheapo unbranded PSU get rid of it.
They are known for damaging systems.
Get a Corsair, EVGA, or Seasonic.
Those are all very good brands.

Tried the hard drives for errors and even defragmented them but no luck!

Try using another GPU and see if the problem goes away.
