Question PC hangs when i turn it on

I have had this issue ever since i did a windows 10 update i believe. It's been going on for 2 weeks now. Basically, my pc doesn't show a display on the monitor when i turn it on. It seems as if it crashes or something on the bootup. The only way to get it working is to do a hard shutdown or a reset with the pc cases buttons. Sometimes when i get it working again with a hardshutdown, i get a message saying "scanning and repairing C drive" or "scanning or repairing D drive". Not sure if this means my drives are failing or something, but i really doubt that they are. I have tried doing the automatic repair thing that windows 10 has but it seems that it did not fix anything. I have an rx 570, ryzen 1500x running on windows 10 pro. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

check cpu/gpu temp?
