PC hard locking

I keep getting hard locks while I'm gaming, PC will freeze with a bunch of static coming out of my speakers. I have to reset the system at the power supply, but when I do the system will go through a reboot cycle booting up and never posting, after a few mins the system will finally boot.

I replaced my power supply and mobo in the last few months, when I replaced the mobo the system was stable for about 3-4 weeks, but now the issue has cropped again.

I replaced EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2, 80+ GOLD 650W, Fully Modular, EVGA ECO with SeaSonic 750W Power Supply X750 Gold (SS-750KM3) and I replaced the old mobo (Asus optimized Z170 ATX HDMI DVI-D Dual DDR4 3400 LGA1151 socket for 6th Gen Intel Pro Gaming Motherboards (Z170 PRO GAMING)) With ASRock Z270 Extreme4.

I never encountered an issue like this any help would be amazing, I'm pretty stumped as to what is going on, maybe a memory issue? I do have enough cooling in my PC as well, I'm using the cosair cube case with plenty of fans.

I question the wisdom of installing multiple kits of Trident Z memory. It is one of the world’s highest performance DDR4 memory designed for overclocking enthusiasts and extreme gamers.

Memory manufacturers guarantee the rated speed and timings of any memory to be obtainable only in the kit it is sold in. If you are adding an additional set of memory, the rated timings may not work due to the extra stress on the memory controller.

Some workarounds for multiple kits:
relaxed clock speed and timings
higher DRAM voltages
lowered CPU multiplier

We do not recommend mixing memory kits, regardless of brand or model.

By mixing memory kits together, there may be compatibility issues such as unable to boot or unable to operate at rated specifications.

Each of our memory kit are thoroughly tested to ensure compatibility within each memory kit. And because we have not tested our memory kit with your existing memory kit, we cannot guarantee compatibility when multiple kits are used.

Yeah I suspected this was an issue, I'll remove one of the sets from my mobo and see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the reply.
