I have been doing a lot of reading around and trying a variety of stuff to try and fix the issue or at least find out what the issue even is. I have stressed tested the system ever different programs but I still cant seem to force it to reboot through stress tests.
However atm it seem to crash when I try to start games like Ark:SE, Skyrim:SE, or PUBG. Some how I manage to play some other games with the reboots happening later (ie R6 Siege, reboots happen while playing, or Starbound pc reboots when I try to stop playing of all things.)
Everytime my PC just goes black, as if I had a power outage, then immediately turns back on without me doing anything. No BSoD, and no error logs in the event viewer aside from it telling me it unexpectedly shutdown/had power loss.
I've ran Ram tests using windows to test it and got no errors. I've used all the tests in Prime95 to stress my PC and even bought Aida64Extreme to stress test everything. I got no reboots and no errors aside from the first time I tested my GPU and it said to change something about its timing out. At first I though that fixed it as I could play my fill of R6 Siege without crashes, but it crashed when I try playing PUBG.
The only result I got out of my stress tests was I noticed my voltage for my GPU and my +12v rail drop. They stay with in tolerance I believe, but it I still dont like that it does.

I dont know what else I should link, so if you need more info please tell me. I want to get this fixed before I get my invite to a Closed Beta of a new game. It will be really painful if I miss out because my PC is acting up >.<
UPDATE: I got a new 850w PSU, and added some new drives to replace my old boot drive. I finally got it working and it seemed to be working fine, but now the crashes are slowly coming back. There are even other weird things going on, like like the windows login screen not fully loading, then after restart my computer was so slow it wouldnt register that I stopped moving my mouse. The restart after that Windows just failed to load completely and get me an error. Luckily the restart after that everything is working fine. I ran Memtest86 as some point and got around 160 errors. Is there a way to narrow down the errors just my RAM or do I have to worry that it could be my CPU or Motherboard?
