PC hard restarting while playing, but not during stress tests.

My rig is roughly a year old and before this I've not had any issues

Problem:
2-3 weeks ago my computer began hard-restarting at relatively specific moments while gaming. I say "hard-restarting" because there is no BSOD or any other error message to be seen, it simply shuts down abruptly and restarts 2 seconds later normally.

Recreating the problem:
I first noticed the issue right when Dawn of War III was released (April 27th). The game always starts normally with the opening splash pages and introduction video, but after that point essentially one of three things result in my PC restarting:

1) Just after the opening splash pages and introduction video is when the main menu loads. It's at this point (where the main menu attempts to load) that my computer has a 30-40% chance of restarting.

If the main menu does manage to load:

2) I search for a multi-player matchmaking game and find a match - there is a 40 second pre-game window until the game actually launches, and it's at this point (where the game actually attempts to load the match) that my computer has a 30-40% chance of restarting.

If the game does manage to load:

3) I can play the entire match with no issue - performance is perfectly fine too. However, once the match ends you're prompted to load the post-game match statistics. It's at this point (where the post-game match statistics attempt to load) that my computer has a 30-40% chance of restarting.

This also occurs while playing Rocket League: I'm able to play about 7-8 matches (online) until my computer restarts trying to load a match, but it has never crashed otherwise.

What have you attempted in order to identify the problem?

No stress test I've run has caused my computer to restart.

Prime95 pushes my CPU to 80-85C, no irregularities or crashes.
FurMark cranks my GPU to 90-95C, no irregularities or crashes.
I've replaced my old power-strip with a brand new Belkin power-strip.
My PC was never dusty to begin with, but I've given it a once over just to be sure.
I've ensured all ATX connectors are firmly secure in my motherboard and GPU.
I've completely reinstalled Windows and updated the following drivers:
Intel Chipset - latest driver
Nvidia - latest driver
Intel LAN - latest driver
ASMEDIA USB 3.0 - latest driver
BIOS - latest update
Realtek Audio - latest driver

My computer has never restarted under normal operating use, nor does it crash if I simply leave a game open or idle (in the event I actually get something like Dawn of War to even load). The only thing I have yet to try is running MemTest86.

What does Event Viewer show?

I thought my CPU temps were a little high as well, especially with water cooling. I might have to take a look at the thermal paste on my heatsink and apply a new coat since I used to idle at 20-25C butnow I'm idling at 35C.

As for everything being in place and working correctly: yes. I've double checked that all the connections on my mother-board are firmly seated and my system runs perfectly fine otherwise. The only issue I'm having is the one I've described, which is peculiar.
