PC Has a serious problem

Been happening for the past 4 days where my graphics card span to max in BF4 startup and crashed the PC to black screen and when I restarted my screen had artfacts over parts of the screen in BIOS then in windows it was totally covered. I thought this was my card as when I removed it and went to clear CMOS it worked again but putting the card back in was a post but no screen.

Now I my BIOS screen keeps freezing but when I get past it I can play CSGO on my intel graphics and it runs fine but if I restart I get this whole issue with restarting my PC.

Now I've ran my CPU in IBT for only 5 minutes at stock but that was absolutely fine my PSU voltages looked fine in HWinfo and I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic which have all come back clear, all I can think of now is probably the motherboard?

I ordered a Fury which will be here tomorrow which is annoying me to hell as I now have a totally borked PC and considering just saying screw it and going for a 6700k with 4000mhz RAM

Nah this monitor is a XF270HU so not that I have been taking Sata port out as they could be a culprit. I've only had this issue since my BF4 crash before that it was fine for 4 years 🙁

What is exactly tour motherboard, manufacture and model?

If It is an Intel Chipset mobo of certain models that have both Intel SATA ports as well as Marwell Sata ports inbuilt, make sure that you connect the SSD/HDD/DVD to the Intel Sata ports.
Take a look at the motherboards manual.

The Marwell Sata ports should only be used for secondary storage drives.

I've ruled out the GPU and PSU as tested new ones with it and it appears to be the PCI-Express slots that are dead checked my cpu socket for bent pins and couldn't find any and the underneath of my CPU looks fine so I'm just going to upgrade straight to Skylake and sell of my motherboard as broken and my RAM and CPU as used and working.
