Question PC has power but dosen't display anything nor does the usb have power.

So I am building a pc for my son and I use a 600w psu and a gtx 1060 with a new b450i motherboard that holds a ryzen 2600.

-the system works with a gtx 750ti in it (it does not use a pci-e)
-I've tested the system with different psus and it would not show anything (when with the 1060 and 680)
-when it did work with the 750ti, the ram, cpu, mobo, and hdd were all recognized.
-I tried changing the nvidia drivers by uninstalling them and reinstalling them via safe mode.

So all in all the system works with the 750ti but not a gtx 680 or 1060 3gb. when using the 2 non-working gpus, the usb does not receive power for his keyboard.

I think it is a faulty mobo but I am unsure, any advice?

Which power supplies did you try? brand and model

update the BIOS of the motherboard within the BIOS

could be faulty GPUs as well. Are the GPUs working in different systems?
