Question PC has power, no picture on monitor

I have a Asus right strix b450 mobo, ryzen cpu, and a gigabyte gpu. I know this is vague as I’m not 100% which gpu it is etc as it is not my build. It’s worked fine and then here and there the screen would go black and the pc would restart on its own. It turns on, all lights and fans are powered but nothing on the screen. I have moved the gpu to other slots, put in my GeForce gpu that works and still nothing. The led light on the top edge of the mobo is also steady white. I’m lost as to what would be the cause of this issue. Any ideas would really help. Thanks
