We're going to need a little more information from you about your system. Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard? Make and model of your PSU? Did you use DDU on your platform prior to the GTX1050Ti being removed in favor of the RX580? If your other titles on your system perform without a hitch, perhaps it's the game's installer.

I think the RX 570 inherently has issues with minecraft, googling "RX570 minecraft issues" (I don't play the game myself tho) as reported by others:

i5 10600K, RX 570, 16GB RAM, 1TB NVME SSD, 750 GOLD+ Corsair PSU.Full system specs, including make/model of the power supply? Did you run DDU to remove all your old drivers, then install the latest, from AMD?
