[SOLVED] PC has pulsing power, won't start up.

After a while of not using it, my PC won't start up, only the fans activate for a few seconds then stop. Another second or two and this process repeats. Power supply issue?

Unplug system, remove the CMOS battery, hold in the power button for about 15 seconds, plug everything back and see if it turns on. If your PSU has voltage setting make sure it's set to the correct one for your country.

Unplugged the mobo and a few other things, plugged them back in and its working now. Thanks for the suggestions!
