Question PC has started to crash constantly in certain games ?

Hi everyone!
My PC has started to crash constantly when I play certain games. This started fairly recently, about 5 months ago.
Here are my PC specs that I assembled in Nov 2016:

• Core i7 6700K overclocked to 4.7 GHz (overclocked in Summer 2018)
• NZXT Kraken X62 280mm - RL-KRX62-02 - AIO
• EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC
• Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel ATX DDR4 Motherboard GA-Z170X-GAMING 6
• Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz C16 DDR4
• Samsung 850 EVO 1TB 2.5-Inch SATA III
• HGST Deskstar NAS 4TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 3.5-inch Hard Drive
• EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P2

I never had any problems from the moment I assembled it as well as when I add AIO and overclocked it to 4.7 GHz in 2018.
But now I started getting crashes in several games that I didn't have before.
