Question Pc has started to stutter both in desktop + scrolling in youtube and games.

Hello, so yesterday i noticed worse stutters no matter where. If it's dragging a browser or gaming, also scrolling in the youtube comment section. This is really frustrating.

Gpu: Rx 6800xt nitro+
Cpu: i5 9600k

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

how full is the ssd?
malware scan the system?
check the cpu/gpu temp?

PSU:
Corsair RM750e 750W

the ssd could be the problem, i had a similar issue back in 2020. However its a 870 evo.

malwarebytes, but i deleted that one.

I always check temps of both the gpu and cpu and i get max 60 on the gpu and 40-50 on the cpu. Also the junction temp is 80

motherboard: z390 a pro.

and the cooler for the cpu is - h100i elite cappelix

and 16gb ram, forgot to include at first.

The ssd is at 0-1% usage and i have around 100 gb left.

Sorry for the spam, just trying to make sense of it all so this is not meant to stress. However, i do use some led stuff (adapters) or what they're called on the same cable that goes into that ssd, idk if that could affect it.

Mouse? If it is a USB mouse, try another port? Maybe try another mouse if you have one?

Hello, it's not the mouse, games + desktop are lagging, it's almost like a render issue.

Hello, i checked if the, powercable to the gpu was in properly, it kind of felt like 1 of them were loose, i took the gpu out of the pci-e slot and reseated it, afterwards i put in the gpu power cables, and it seemed to fix most stuttering, i think that might have been it. Now i have minor stutters in cpu intensive games basically, red dead seem to run smooth now.

How much memory do you have and what kind is it? Is it running at the proper speed? What is the memory purchased in one kit did it come all together as one kit?

16gb, i seemed to fix this issue by either removing the gpu from the pci-e and putting it back in.

Never hade problems with this, i think i might've bumped the case and the power adapter to the pcie came a bit loose.
