Pc has stopped working after BSOD

Hello, I am new here, and I have a Windows Vista Home edition. I have had several "Blue screen's" on my pc and now I am not able to get onto my or any other account!!

I don't know what to do now, and I dont have any recovery CD.

I have got a lot of important files on my computer, please help me.

start your cmoputer in safe mode (Press F8 when computer is starting) backup all important documents. then come back here with a more detailed description of your problem.
