Question Pc has trouble maintaining FPS?

So I have no doubt that something similar to this has been posted before but for some reason my pc with great specs usually has trouble maintaining anything higher than 60 fps (sometimes it struggles with that too)

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU - GeForce 2060 6GB
16GB RAM
750W Power Supply
B450 Gaming Plus Motherboard
Storage - 2TB SSHD

Any help is much appreciated.

Drivers ? RAM speed and if dual channel ? Many background processes ?

RAM is dual channel at 2800Mhz

I don’t have a lot of background processes, usually just the game, discord, and wallpaper engine

I’m not fully sure what you’re looking for with the drivers question.
