PC have a boot loop, it won't boot from anything (usb,dvd,hdd)

PC powers on but no beeps and doesn't boot anything. All I see you can check in the video

When I press DEL it shows boot settings and when I press TAB it supposed to show POST BOOT but it does nothing

What is your keyboard connected to make sure it's not connected to USB 3.0 blue ones. They might not be working if they are not installed yet.

Did you read what I wrote? What is the matter with keyboard? This works and is conected in 2.0.
