Impossible to discern from your explanation. Sometimes fans make a clicking sound when they approach end-of-life, depending on the type of bearing. You may be able to eliminate fans as being the culprit by stopping the blade with an unsharpened pencil or something else non-metallic to see if the sound stops. If you have a mechanical hard drive it could be having issues and be on its way to hard drive heaven. This is just speculation but indeed possible.Iit just happens unpredictable

Its short and no idea when it happens , tak-tak-tak for ten beeps in like 2 sec
Stress test pc and couldnt reproduce that sound

I stopped gpu , cpu fan and doesnt seem to be source, since sound may appear anytime from 2- 10 min awaystopping the blade with an unsharpened pencil or something else non-metallic to see if the sound stops
