All I had to do to make the PC Health Check approve my system was enable fTPM. But when I try to install Windows 11 via USB boot media (I want to do a clean install, not upgrade) the installer says my system doesn't meet the requirements with no further elaboration. What's going on?
Secure Boot does not need to be enabled right? The system merely needs to support it?

Edit: I enabled Secure Boot anyway....and it still says it's not compatible?
Edit2: Windows 11 Installation Assistant seems to be letting me proceed and says I meet the requirements, even though Windows Update and the ISO installer say the opposite. But does it still allow me to do a clean install?

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Super
Mobo: X570 Phantom Gaming 4
