[SOLVED] pc help information

Hello ! Im curently using amd ryzen 3 1200 oc to 3.8hz and it only shows 2 cores instead of 4 tried to change it trough system configuration/boot but it only shows 2 not 4. Another problem when playing some online games im getting some stutters or the game feels choppy/not smooth. What could be the problem ?
Specs: Ryzen 3 1200 OC to 3.8hz
Gtx 1050ti
4gb ddr4
500gb hdd
500w psu
asrock b350 motherboard.

Wait, that makes no sense, I was thinking the 1200 is a 2 cores and 4 threads processor but it is just 4 cores so it hasn't SMT and all the cores should be detected. Try to update the MoBo BIOS.
