PC Help Please

OK, so my PC is going through a unmountable_boot_volume error. I've tried to use the repair in startup mode with a bootable usb of windows 7, but every time i do, it goes to a screen where only the mouse cursor moves and nothing happens. I tried going to safe mode but every time i do i get a blue screen no matter which option of safe mode i activate, and i even waited a whole day for it to maybe load or something because the PC is slow. Is there any solution to my problem? Please help.

"unmountable_boot_volume"

Typically means the boot drive has failed and needs replacing. Could also be a connectivity issue (drive cables may have come loose) so check that first.
