Question PC Help!

Hey guys i recently built a PC that was rebooting itself while connected to the internet both wifi and lan. Sometimes it would take an hour to reboot sometimes it was instant. I decided to take it to microcenter and they ran stress tests with wifi and lan just for them to tell me they never experienced a crash. So it has to be something on my end. They used their own wire for power supply. could that be the issue? if not what else on my end could be the issue?

It didnt matter what I was doing. When idle it would crash and when i was downloading steam and chrome it crashed. When i turned off internet i could play games and run stress tests fine.
