Pc i5 gts450 what games good

Hi I am wondering if I can run gta fhd with an i5 2400,an8gb of ddr3 and an nvidia gts 450?

Gpu will hold you back in this case , in my opinion you will need a better card for gtav 1080p

Any Ideas for a cheaper gpu that is up for the job?(and i also use 2 screens)

If you want cheaper , you can search for used cards . Anything better than a GTX 750 will work
