Question Pc in boot loop no display, no red light on case, no mouse rgb.

I have had this issue for a few months now it suddenly fall into a boot loop and after a few days it starts working by itself? Im tired of this issue ive tried changing ram gpu is not the problem ive tried with another psu, ive tried reseating, cleaning, reassembling, resseting cmos nothing seems to be working.

Motherboard: h410m s2 v3 gigabyte
Cpu: i3 101000f
Gpu: nitro+ rx 580
Ram: 1x8gb 3000mhz corsair vengeance
Psu: i dont remember 450watts
My windows is on nvme ssd 250gb
And i have a 250gb sata ssd and a 1tb sata hdd
