Hello. First time poster here.

I have a following problem. In the lab I work in we have a PC that needs to be connected to a machine behind a gas-tight partition we can not drill though. The "standard" connection is a LAN cable running TCP/IP communication. Would it be possible to bridge the air gap with a router+access point or 2 routers or 2 access points? I'm not that great with networks, but I'm thinking if we plug router into the PC and AC into the machine, would it work with correct configs? The partition is radio transparent. Any constructive suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance.
