PC infected by strange viruses

Hey guys, I have an issue with my computer. I don't know exactly what caused my computer to be infected, since I haven't installed any programs recently, yet some strange malfunctions started making a move as of late. I have some .exe files with suspicious names starting up with windows (Screenshot here: https://imgur.com/HcuDo2s ), and whenever I try to disable these .exe's from start up they reactivate themselves after I click the apply button. I tried accessing their directory but even If I activate the "Show hidden files" and deactivate the "Hide important system files" option in the Folder Options function They do not show up there. Some of my programs such as Steam and Malwarebytes don't open, and I presume these viruses are the cause. Can you guys help me fix this problem? Do you know of any good anti-malware programs that can permanently remove these .exe's?

If you don't have any overwhelmingly necessary files, just re-install Windows from scratch.
Yes it's a pain re-installing your games, etc, but it is very often MUCH faster in the long run.
If not that, start in Safe Mode, run a boot time scan with your anti virus, and again with Malwarebytes.
See how far that gets you.

But if it was me, I'd be re-installing Windows. Fresh install, NOT repair.
