I have a recent PC (the only old parts is the motherboard) that, in the past, once we bought the new pieces had some trouble with the kernel power 41 (63). I suspected it was cause by a trouble with 2 audio drivers and so I sent it to tech support at a local store. I was correct, the audio drivers were someway crashing the PC, it was matter of updating them and the PC worked as a swiss watch (it worked perfectly). And I've been using my PC for the past 2 months without mostly any problem (in fact, it crashed once because it freezed totally but it was once so no thing to worry about). And today I turned on my PC and it restarted. Over and over again. At first I was entering on youtube and watched very few seconds of a video, then I was going to search another one and it restarted. It lasted a very few minutes until it crashed. It even restarts when I'm not into Windows. I tried to bring the PC back to an old restore checkpoint (I don't know how to say it in english) and I think that when I clicked on "show the affected programs" it appeared some kind of new driver of Idon'tknowwhat that was installed (not sure though). Anyway, now I try to bring it back to old restore points and it crashes before completing the action. I don't know what to do. Even in safe mode it restarts. Maybe it's hardware this time? Please help !!!
