so my pc is shutting down and instantly restarting as if someone pulled the power plug im almost 100% sure this isn't a heating issue, I've been reading all day trying to find a fix for this and literally can not find a single thing that points to a definite problem, the below screenshot shows both GPU and CPU temps with a game running so im almost sure it isn't a heating problem, im not sure what else could be causing this to happen i was playing overwatch earlier where it would instantly shut down but i fixed it by lowering all my graphics to minimum but lowering my graphics on the current game (The forest) isnt working at all, basically all i need to know is if i need a new power supply so i can buy one asap, so any help would be super super amazing! Cheers!

Already turned had it turned off with no succession.

Yes, 550W and up of Tier 1 or Tier 2 is good enough for a GTX 1080 Ti system.

650W for single GTX 1080 Ti
850W for 2x 1080 Ti SLI

If 750W is not much more cost than 650W and you want it then go for it.

decided to go for the 750W EVGA G2, thanks friend!

Probably a capacitor or something finally went bad. Parts degrade over time. That's the thing with cheap, low quality power supplies. They work, up until they don't.
