Problem started last week. I have fast connection speeds almost always but randomly my connection goes out and comes back a few seconds later. Normally this would not be a problem but playing a game that requires connection 24/7 if I lose that connection I get kicked out. I don't think this is a windows issue. I have done all of the troubleshooting possible up until recently I completely wiped my pc and reinstalled windows. I have no idea what's going on.

Also I have a picture of something, not really sure if it means anything View: https://imgur.com/gallery/mz9dMrO

What make and model modem?

What make and model router (or modem/router if combined)?

Have you tried other known working cables: e.g., coax, telephone, Ethernet between connected network devices, computers, wall outlets, etc.?

Change only cable at at time.

Also look in the router's logs. The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue.

Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.

What testing tool are you using?

The "Internet 2" display indicates the red outage is at "hop 10". If I follow correctly that is a problem not within you control nor of your ISP.

Run "tracert" via the Command prompt targeting the IP address(es) you are testing.

Do so several times and post the most representative results.

We have a Arris TG1682 modem and Google Mesh Wifi routers. Have not tested different cables but ran the same network test on my computer on ethernet and over wifi, also tested another computer over wifi, same deal. The pictures are from "Ping Plotter" I just used them to represent the issue.

Ya but... where’s the wireless router or the wireless router/modem? And where’s the modem? And what kind of mbps are you getting?
