Question pc is a little slow

pc is a little slow and it take loger than expected to open up tabs and games and is slower than my friends pc and mine is better. HELP!

i have a 1080 a ryzen 5 3600 32 gbs of trident z royal ram witch runs a 3200mhz, a 2tb hard drive and a 1 tb ssd, and a 850w power supply. he has a 1050ti and thats all i know.
