Question Pc is acting werid

I just built my first pc i have everything except my ssd and ram I started it just to see if i put everything together correctly which i did but the thing is i try to turn it off it wont turn off i have to kill power by the switch on the power supply do i need ram so it’ll power off correctly?

Pretty much yes. Without RAM the system is basically not able to POST (Power On Self Test) and is stuck.

You put RAM into the system. Otherwise it will not POST.

Its defnetly your RAM or your Front Pannel Connections is not connected in the right way...Check if your POWER SW(Power Switch) is connected as it should be!
But clearly you should have RAM installed at all time

Thank you i think its the mobo really but yah it is the lack of ram
