Question PC is beeping on startup.

I have a MPG X570 GAMING PLUS

I built this PC about 3 months ago. Worked perfectly fine up until recently. Now I cannot get any display and every time I turn it on, the bottom light turns on and I'm getting 1 long beep and 2 short beeps. Everything is still newish, I'm thinking it's my GPU, but it makes no sense since the fans still turn on and everything.

From what I can make out, the beep code indicates ''Monitor or display card error '' so it could be a problem with your monitor, do you have another you could test your system on?

Or even hook it to a TV via HDMI.
