PC is beeping rapidly and won't display an image

When I start up my PC it doesn't display an image and it is constantly beeping from the motherboard

You're going to have to let us know which motherboard as well as what components you have connected to it. How many beeps and in what order?

It is the ASUS m5a78l USB 3, and I have a standard 8gb RAM and gtx 750 ti connected to it. Everything worked perfect for three years until now. It also does constant rapid beeps that don't have any pattern and don't stop beeping.

Continuous beeps? It may depend on which BIOS Asus used for that series of boards; AMI, Award, Phoenix, etc. Read this page and see if it helps you track it down. I'm suspecting memory or PSU.
