Question PC is crashing and restarting

Hello, for the last couple of weeks my pc has been restarting without a blue screen. It happens seemingly randomly at various times, however I have noticed it happens more when playing a Total War game? I've ran a bunch of stress tests with no errors or crashes. The CPU is overclocked to a setting which has been running fine for the last year and a half with stress tests all indicating no issues. Does this mean this could be a software issue?

Clear CMOS and try it again just to rule out an overclocking issue.

Clear CMOS and try it again just to rule out an overclocking issue.

After doing a stress test with OCCT it crashed and restarted. I'll clear the CMOS like you say and try again, but I have a feeling this will be a hardware issue. Is it worth re-installing windows to see if that helps?
