Question PC is detecting Keyboard, but not the Monitor and Mouse

Just bought a new CPU, Motherboard, and RAM. Everything works up to the point of where the pc will turn on, and detect the keyboard, but the monitor and mouse will not work.

Specs:
Ryzen 2600x CPU
GIGABYTE B450 AORUS M
GTX 960
16gb DDR4 RAM
CORSAIR CX650M Power Supply

CORSAIR K55 RGB Keyboard
ROCCAT KOVA Mouse
60hz Monitor (not sure of brand, uses DVI-D or HDM-I)

Did you reinstall the OS after your parts were swapped out? Speaking of parts, what were your specs prior to the upgrade? How old is your PSU?

are you sure the motherboard is posting? do you have a mobo speaker?
