PC is freezing randomly

I have bought a new PC around 2 years ago.

The problem is very strange, I hope someone can help.

My PC freezes randomly, it happens around once per a month (sometimes more, sometimes less), but either ways it is rare, so it doesn't freeze every day. Still, it is annoying.

I have suspected some times that it may be related to write/read, for example if I open a new window in Firefox the freeze can happen, however sometime it happens when I am away from the PC, so to be honest I am not sure what can trigger it.

My config is the following:

MB: Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 1 M.2, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
CPU: QuadCore Intel Core i5-4690K, 3700 MHz (37 x 100)
RAM: 2x 4 GB DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB)
PSU: Corsair 400W

There is also an SSD,
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120GB.

and 3 HDDs.

The GPU has been already replaced once, so it is probably not related. The 3 HDDs are also from my previous config, should not be related.
The PSU also, it is from my previous config, which didn't have this kind of problem.

The motherboard, CPU, RAM, and the SSD is what is completely new, and questionable.

Most people say the RAM causes random freezes like this, usually, however I have ran Memtest for at least 4 days, and it didn't find any problems. So I am not sure if it is really the RAM.
If not, what else can be the problem? How could I test this, and fix the problem once and for all?

Solution
i would repaste you should not get 100c on temp also what cooler you have on this cpu are you shure itis well seated and the fans on it dows is job to cool it down redo same redaings with hwinfo it is more similar as bios one .

Well all of the 3 hdd have 100% condition, and they were being used in my previous PC too, and I never experienced any freeze. If something, maybe the SSD has the problem? It has the OS too.

There is no error code, the screen just freezes, and you have to turn the PC off / hard reset. Nothing else can be done.

Already tried Samsung Magician and didn't help.
Not sure if another PSU would help, as this PSU worked in my previous PC for 1-2 year, and after I bought the new PC the freeze already happened with the same PSU within a week or so. I think it is not related to the PSU, though I may try another PSU if you think it can be the problem.

Well I don't think it is related to the load.

Should I maybe run my PC with some tool at 100% load for a few hours?
That way it should freeze, if it is related to load issues?

I have tested CPU, GPU, and PSU with OCCT but my PC did not freeze, nothing happened.
I think it is not related probably, because other times it freezes sometimes even when nothing happens, and the pc is idle.

My PC freeze again today and I noticed something very strange.
As usual the mouse did not move, you can only see the picture on the monitor.

I noticed that it is loud, and I took off the side of the case, and I could feel with my hand that the cooler is blowing the air very hard (while it is also loud). I think it was probably the CPU cooler. After I pressed the reset button everything went back to normal.

I see, I will try it, however other times the cooler is never loud, not even while playing games or encoding video.

It only got very loud, when the PC freezed. Also, after I reset it it was already ok.
Another interesting thing is that even when I bought the new PC it already freeze, even when there was a fresh paste.

I am not 100% sure if it is the CPU cooler though, but something gets very loud. It is hard to tell, I will try and check next time better when it freezes.

I have looked for options in the BIOS, and I turned off "Intel Turbo Boost", which overclocked the CPU automatically.
Since then the PC never freezed, so maybe this will solve the problem...

I have tested all of my Hard Drives + SSD with Macrorit Disk Scanner to see if there is any bad sector, but there was no error, or freezing.
So I think the problem is probably not related to any of the drives. Since memtest did not find any errors after running 3-4 whole days, it is probably not related to memory either. GPU was replaced and it is still freezing, so probably it can't be related either.

I have run Prime95 for ~30 mins or so, but the PC did not freeze, so I think it is not related to CPU problems, probably.
I did not want to run it for more time, because it hit ~100C sometimes, so I am not sure if running it for hours would be a good idea.

Also based on the stress tests so far I would say it is probably not related to the PSU.
What else could cause these random lockups??
