pc is in bootloop never booted before i removed ram and grapics card and reseated them i don't know what to do pls help

edit:it is on now but doesn't post and the cpu power cable must be disconected

msi geforce gtx 1050ti aero
seagate barracuda new 1tb

The b350 motherboard requires a bios update to run the 2200g. Did you update the bios with another AMD chip?
